Who can you contact?

What happens to your message?
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message; a subject is optional. These details are used to answer your enquiry or discuss an appointment. Please do not share sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry. A hidden antispam field helps detect automated submissions.
How is your message delivered?
The form sends your details through the website to Resend, the email service that delivers the message to the atelier. Your email address is included as the reply address. The form does not create a separate customer database or subscribe you to a newsletter. The received message is an email in the atelier’s mailbox.
Website and external services
The website is hosted on Vercel. When you load or use it, technical details such as your IP address, browser and request time may be processed by the hosting and email services for operation and security. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; their own privacy information explains this further. Google Maps opens only when you choose the external map link.
Why, and for how long?
Your contact details are needed to handle your request and, when you ask, prepare a possible commission or appointment. Technical processing supports the operation and security of the website. A message may also become part of further correspondence or a commission. Contact the atelier for specific information about how long your message is retained and any legal retention requirements.
Your rights
You may ask what personal data the atelier holds about you and request access, correction or deletion. Depending on the circumstances, you may also object or request restriction or transfer. Cookies
The current website has no advertising or analytics tags and its own code does not set tracking cookies. Fonts are hosted locally. Necessary technical processing by the hosting provider may take place. If non-essential cookies or tracking are added later, this information must be updated and prior consent requested where required.
